Covid-19 response

How Quick Lane is responding to Coronavirus

At Quick Lane®, we share the challenges and uncertainty brought on by the evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. We also share a commitment to getting through this crisis.

Focusing on what matters

Most of us have seen our world impacted in one way or another. Social distancing practices have been called for. Personal priorities have shifted. Everyday life as we normally know it has been disrupted in ways beyond our control. So, let’s focus on what we can control. Together.

As you’re looking after the health and well-being of yourself, your family and those around you, rest assured you’ll find us doing the same for our employees and customers in the communities where we operate. And if you’re depending on your vehicle to get you where you need to be, know that we are not only here but taking extra care to help keep you and your vehicle going safe and strong.

Moving forward

This ever-evolving situation is one we will continue to monitor closely. Here are some of the steps we’re taking now to help reduce the spread of the virus:

Deep cleaning of vehicles – We’re heightening cleaning measures for the interiors of vehicles prior to performing any service as well as before returning them to customers. The cleaners that we use are approved by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and are acceptable for the interior/exterior surfaces of vehicles.

Enhanced cleaning of waiting areas – We’re taking extra steps to help ensure our customer lounges are continuously cleaned with approved supplies – from doors and seats to vending machines, cashier countertops and everything in between. In addition, we’re following CDC and state guidelines on space capacity limits and utilizing outdoor waiting spaces where available.

Limiting physical contact – We’re avoiding handshakes and other physical contact with customers, wearing gloves when handling customer vehicles and handing off keys in a bag.

Reducing potential exposure – We’re instructing employees to stay home if they are experiencing any symptoms related to the COVID-19 outbreak until they have been approved by a licensed medical professional to return.

If you have any questions about the cleaning process, the procedures we have in place or the most up-to-date hours of operation, simply call your nearest Quick Lane and ask a Quick Lane Service Advisor.

In the meantime, be safe, be well and be sure that Quick Lane is beyond dedicated to helping you along the way.
